Luminary

Wasatch Lawn does a lighting each Christmas where they place a bag with a candle on each grave. It lights up the entire cemetary. I really wish my camera would have taken better pictures. It's something you just need to see in person.
They also place a Christmas tree inside the chapel for you to decorate ornaments on for loved ones. My family has decided to make this a yearly tradition, this being our 2nd since my dad passed. My grandmother is also buried there so it's a neat way to remember them at Christmas time. My mom, Tannia & Stephanie

Just pictures

Abby loves to snuggle with Chris.
A trait that runs in the family!
I have no idea what Bear got into or what she ate, but her nose was swollen the other day. She acted fine and it didn't interfer with her breathing, but she sure looked funny. Anna's been teasing the dogs lately with her food and the only thing she had that morning was grapes. I sure hope that wasn't what caused this! Chris checked the backyard and didn't see tracks from any other animal, so we're sure she wasn't attacked. Maybe a bee? In winter?

3 for 3

All the girls are now 3. It's the terrible 3's times 3!!
Avva celebrated her 3rd last week with a party at MyGym.
Happy Birthday Avva!
Anna loved the zip line! She was so good. She listened to the teachers, she participated in circle time, total 180 from the last time I took her. Now she says "mom, I want to go to the gym with Kaylee and Avva". I may just bite the bullet and get her a one month pass for January.

Breakfast with Santa

Anna and I went to the Clearfield Rec Center on Saturday morning with Angie and Kaylee to have breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Anna wanted nothing to do with Santa. She's doesn't really care for him even after Chris and I tried explained who he was and what he does. The only reason she sat on Mrs. Claus's lap is because I told her "Mrs. Claus is like a grandma". Now she'll tell you "I sat on Grandma's lap!!"

After breakfast we went swimming for a while and Santa threw quarters in the pool for the kids to dive for. Anna got 0.75c. Thanks to my sister Tannia for coming up to watch Abby!
More pictures to come after Angie sends them to me (as I forgot to grab my camera!!)

One Month Pictures

I took Abby to get her one month (newborn) pictures last week. I think they turned out really cute.

1 Month

I cannot believe it's been one month since little Abby came into our lives. She's such a funny baby. She grunts and moans a lot and makes a whole bunch of other weird noises. She LOVES to be held and can definitely recognize my voice when I come into the room.
We are very blessed.
Ready for the snow!

Kids

I had this poster made for Abby's room. My sister suggested putting ABBY at the top, but it smooshed the rest of the poster down too much with the spacing. I need to get it matted and framed this weekend, and then I'll post a better picture. I just thought it was too cute not to share right away. I should totally have one made for Anna too!Abby was laying on the floor and Anna decided she needed some toys.Anna always does this huge CHEESE smile whenever I take her picture. I told her "no big cheese, give me a normal smile". I guess when you've been CHEESING for so long you're not quite sure how to give just a normal smile (as you can see by her strained smile below). Guess I'll take the CHEESING smiles instead.
