Lava Hot Springs & LavaPalooza

We took Anna on her first family camping trip to Lava Hot Springs. We went with another couple who has 2 little boys, so Anna had little camping buddies to play with. The weather was great (mid 80's) and Anna did great sleeping in the tent. She's definately a great adapter!

LavaPalooza - What the hell does IGNIS VENO mean?

Little did we know that "LavaPalooza" was happening while we were there. They were expecting 1,500 bikers to ride through Lava Hot Springs for a benefit for Autism. The crowd wasn't too rowdy, but one of the bands that performed was named the "Redheaded Bastards". Interesting!

btw...according the t-shirt, IGNIS VENO means "Passion Ride"
