A lovely little weekend

What a lovely little weekend we had.
Just a quiet, relaxing weekend.
***
Anna's newest thing is to dump out ALL her toys and then just sit and play with what's around. As long as she picks them up after, I'm okay with this.
On Saturday Chris and I volunteered with his work to man a booth for the MS150 Best Damn Bike Tour. Well by the time we got there after Chris worked in the morning, there really wasn't much for us to do other than help tear stuff down. It was a lovely drive though! After, Chris headed to Malad to meet up with friends and Anna and I headed home (after a quick stop at the Logan Old Navy!!)

My little "monkey". Like mother, like daughter!

Anna showing off her new swimsuit ($5 at the Logan Old Navy, so the trip up north wasn't a complete waste of gas!!)

Father's Day Weekend

For Father's Day my entire family went down to Moab for a long weekend. We hiked, swam, shopped, 4-wheeled and golf. It was a perfect weekend to honor my dad and celebrate Father's Day for Chris.

Autumn, Anna, Steph & Grandma On Friday we hiked the Negro Bill Trailhead. It was good but I think being 4 months pregnant, it was about as much as I could do!!
Sweatfield FamilySince Chris wasn't here yet, this is me saying "Insert Chris Here"

Balancing Rock
Hiking the Park Ave Trail. This was Anna's first official hiking trail.
She did great!

Luckily there was a pool at our camp ground, so the kids were kept entertained.

On Sunday we golfed at the Moab Golf Course with my mom. I actually shot pretty well! I think it's because I was using my dad's clubs and no way would he let anyone have a shitty game with his clubs!!

Parade of Elephants

Some funky car at the Hole N' The Rock
The ride home! Can you tell they had too much fun!!

A Father's Day Tribute

To the best dad and papa in the whole world...
We miss you more and more every day...
Until we meet again, you are always in our hearts!

On another note...my nephew Andy has joined the ARMY. He's been fascinated with the military for as long as I can remember. My dad was an air force guy and we all thought he'd follow in his papa's footsteps, but instead he chose a career in the Army. He leaves in October for boot camp and then spends another 52 weeks at some training center.
I am VERY proud of him! What an HONOR to have someone be so brave to risk his life and protect our country so that we all enjoy the freedoms we have today.

The big reveal

We found out at our last ultrasound that little Percolator is in fact a...
.
*GIRL*
.
My OB said "I'm not a big gambler, but if I came across a 0.25c poker table...I'd put $100 down that it was a girl!!
.
We're both very excited.
.
My thought: two little brown haired piggy tailed girls. OH MY!!
Chris's thought: I just saw my future get twice as expensive!!
