Once again they took an old home in the avenues and restored it. I cannot find the before pics, but here are the afters!
I don't remember the whole story of the home, but the main level was only used as a garage in the early 1900's.

If you look at the old homes in the avenue, a lot of them have the round corner areas.
This round room was turned into a bathroom.
I did manage to get a picture of something other than just the house. Chris and his brother Mike.
For those of you who don't know, Scott is an interior designer and LOVES antiques and restoring old homes. He still has the home in Spring City he built even though G&G Perkins sold theirs (due to their health).
He installed the electronic chair on the stairs for Kent, who is battling Lou Gehrig's disease.
